Equivalent to the Danish Academy Programme Degree in International Trade and Marketing, Legal Administrative Procedure (starting 2007), IT (starting 2008) in addition to Economics and Resources Management. The programme is structured as a vocational education.

Economic and Resources Management
Are you interested in companies’ economic resources, and do you like to do economic calculations and to make numbers and figures add up – then the study programme Economic and Resources Management at GBC, Nuuk, is something for you.

The task before you is then to make sure that companies at all times have the economic resources required to function efficiently and effectively. This creates great demands in relation to economic insight and the ability to analyse companies’ economic resources in general. At the same time, you will also learn how to plan, schedule and carry through economic solutions to general economic problems.

This study programme teaches you how to carry out a long range of jobs relating to a company’s economic and logistic functions. During the education you will acquire knowledge about how a company can relate and adapt its resources to its activities. The education will furthermore teach you about aspects that Greenlandic and Danish companies have to relate to when it comes to the demands of the increased globalisation and trade with companies abroad; in addition to the demands this creates for the company’s economic and resource management.
